This combined with Lysine has been one of the only things that when taken consistently ahas moved the needle for me in experiencing outbreaks. Definitely recommend. My only reason for 4 stars is it's a very expensive supplement which makes it hard to afford consistently. I also wish they would use alternatives to the additives in the capsule etc. Otherwise its ideal and Im so glad I found it!

Its definitely made a difference. the only time i had a minor outbreak since I started taking it was during a week when i wasnt taking it regularly. Its truly preventative and even the outbreak i did get, was minor, compared to past outbreaks before taking Simplix. very grateful for this and not needing to take Valtrex much at all anymore.

Some digestive upset at first. Now it's fine. Will keep using in hopes of more improvements.

I have taken Simplix for the past 3 weeks. For one who has experienced continuous outbreaks with short respites while on valtrex, this works! I take 2 tabs three times a day. However, Simplix will only be effective when coupled with a high lysine, low arginine diet. In other words, it is not a silver bullet, diet discipline is essential
