I haven't experienced any adverse effects taking 2 capsules three times a day as prescribed by my physician. I am taking AHCC for HPV16 and won't know if it's working for this ailment until next year. Since I've been taking this product (2.5 months) I haven't been sick, my fall allergies aren't acting up but it is only August, they get bad in September. Ask me for a review in a year.

I have been using this for approximately six months maybe longer It's hard to tell any change or difference but I like the ingredients so I will keep taking.
