- 60 capsules per bottle
- Take 2 capsules twice daily when actively responding. Take 2 capsules once daily for maintenance. With or without food. (Or as directed by your health practitioner.)

Reishi & Immune Modulation
Study Design: In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 126 healthy adults aged 18–55 took 200mg Reishi-derived β-glucan or placebo daily for 84 days.
Findings**:
- CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T-cell counts significantly increased after 84 days in the Reishi β-glucan group (p < 0.05).
- Natural killer (NK) cell counts and NK cell cytotoxicity improved compared to placebo (p < 0.05).
- Serum IgA levels also rose significantly

Lycopene & Oxidative Stress Modulation
Study Design: This in vitro study evaluated the effects of lycopene, alone and in combination with cisplatin, on cervical (HeLa) cells. Over 72 hours, researchers assessed cell viability and measured key protein markers related to cell death, inflammation, and oxidative stress.
Findings**:
- Lycopene reduced HeLa cell viability on its own and enhanced the apoptosis effect of cisplatin, lowering cell survival to 37.4% when combined (P < 0.0001).
- Lycopene increased pro-apoptotic Bax expression and decreased anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 expression (P < 0.0001).
- It also activated Nrf2 (oxidative stress defense) and suppressed NF-κB (inflammation), supporting its role in both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory pathways.

EGCG & HPV Oncoprotein Degradation
Study Design: This lab-based study investigated how EGCG, the main polyphenol in green tea, affects the growth and viral activity of HPV18-infected keratinocytes and a vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) cell line. The focus was on EGCG’s influence on cell proliferation, HPV oncogene expression and replication.
Findings**:
- EGCG was shown to influence the stability of HPV-related proteins (E6 and E7) in laboratory studies using HPV-transformed cells.
- It affected expression of viral proteins involved in the later stages of the HPV life cycle in differentiating keratinocytes.
- EGCG promoted protein degradation pathways (proteasome-mediated), suggesting a potential mechanism for regulating viral protein levels in vitro.

I love this product! I had HPV for a year and finally a Dr recommended this product. I took two pills daily for a year and went back and tested negative. I continue to take one pill daily now because I swear I haven’t got a cold/flu since on this amazing product!

I have been taking Papillex for a couple of months.Finding it not tolerable. I attempted to cancel my subscription. Thought the cancellation went through successfully... but ended up being billed and sent product that I can't use. :-(

I was diagnosed with HPV back on 10.13.2025. I came across Wellex.com through a google search. That's how I was able to learn about both the Papillex and AHCC supplements and decided to give them both a try. So then I decided to order them both and started taking the Papillex and AHCC supplements together as instructed back on 10.28.2025. Just 3 weeks after taking the supplements I had already started to notice a difference for the better. I'm currently on the monthly subscription plan for both the Papillex and AHCC supplements. Great products with great results and highly recommend it for those who have HPV. Once I become HPV free I will be following back up to let you all know. Thank you!
