If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unopened, sealed items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, processed through your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To ensure a smooth return process, carefully package your items and make sure they arrive back to us within 30 days.
We’re here to help with any issues, but please note: refusing a delivery does not return the package to us, and refunds cannot be processed in such cases. If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund. However, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Missing package claims must be reported within 90 days of shipment.
