USSo, I was really hopeful for this product to work for me. I've been taking it for 3 months and haven't felt any changes in my ic. However, I am at the point in my ic journey that I am having to undergo hydrodistention again later this month. I had it done 11 years ago. It really helped and now here we are gain. So with that being said, maybe my ic is too bad at this moment for any supplements to work. I'm clicking yes to the recommendation question only because maybe it could help someone else. I don't know.
