- Generally, a serving of 1-3 grams daily is recommended for immune support. Higher servings may be taken to support the immune system in response to more specific conditions. Or as directed by your health practitioner.

I was very lost and upset after receiving a positive HPV diagnosis. I didn’t know what to do or where to start. I know that I caught HPV at some point between September 2022- January 2024. I tested positive in July of 2024. I was so scared because I wasn’t sure if it was too late before damage had been done, but thankfully I came across these vitamins. I made an appointment for March 2025 with my gynecologist and began taking AHCC and Papillex once a day from November-December. I continued taking both vitamins January - March but admittedly not every day. I chose not to tell my gynecologist about my positive HPV text result since she was running new labs on me anyways.
