USIts definitely made a difference. the only time i had a minor outbreak since I started taking it was during a week when i wasnt taking it regularly. Its truly preventative and even the outbreak i did get, was minor, compared to past outbreaks before taking Simplix. very grateful for this and not needing to take Valtrex much at all anymore.

USI have taken Simplix for the past 3 weeks. For one who has experienced continuous outbreaks with short respites while on valtrex, this works! I take 2 tabs three times a day. However, Simplix will only be effective when coupled with a high lysine, low arginine diet. In other words, it is not a silver bullet, diet discipline is essential
