Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, we ship to most international destinations. You can check if we ship to your destination by reviewing the shipping options available on the checkout page.


What are your shipping options and shipping times?

Shipping option are as follows:

Domestic

  • Standard Tracked within the USA: 3 to 7 business days ($5.95)
  • Standard Tracked within Canada: 3 to 7 business days ($5.95)

International

  • UK: 7 to 14 business days ($9.95)
  • Qatar and Saudi Arabia: 7 to 14 business days ($53)
  • Singapore: 7 to 14 business days ($44)
  • International orders, rest of world: 7 to 14 business days ($18.95)

 

Placing an international order

What happens if my package is held by customs?

If your package is held by customs and not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. However, if the package is returned, we will credit you for the product cost. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Who is responsible for customs fees and duties?

Customs fees and shipping duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to review your local customs policies before placing an order.


How can I get free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on all subscription orders within the US and Canada. Plus, any one-time order over $100 USD also qualifies for free shipping in these regions. It’s that simple!


How can I track my order?

All orders ship tracked. Customers receive tracking via shipment notification emails and can also track through the Shop app.
