For ongoing maintenance, take 2 capsules daily. During times of active support, take 2 capsules twice daily. If swallowing supplements is a challenge, Papillex® capsules can be opened and mixed with a small amount of liquid.

USHad two abnormal paps with testing positive for HPV. My OBGYN recommended the supplement. I’ve been taking it daily for 4 months. Not sure if it’s related but my periods seem to start more abruptly but are shorter (2 days vs 3 + an off day after days 1-2)? I don’t feel any different, but anxious for my next pap results to see if it helps!
